Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or non-functional out of the box, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will be required to provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos of the product and packaging

We may review such cases at our sole discretion and offer a replacement only if the item is confirmed to be defective upon arrival.
